Eriez offer a wide range of wet drum magnetic separators for a variety of separation and direct recovery applications. Recover magnetite or ferrosilicon in heavy media operations or concentrate magnetic ores. Varying magnetic strengths and pole configurations to suit most applications is available.
These separators provide economies of space and operation. Basic tank styles include concurrent, counter rotation and counter current. Central feed box arrangement also available.

The Trunnion Magnet is an enhanced system for the separation and removal of balls and broken ball pieces typically used for ore processing in ball/SAG mill operations. Depending upon mill capacity, ball size and other parameters, Eriez will select and specify the appropriate construction features.Powerful magnetic circuits provide maximum performance to help extend pump and hydrocyclone life and increase milling throughput by as much as 5%. |
